Graphics Designer

As a Visual Concept Creator, your primary responsibility will be to develop original creative concepts based on briefs and translate these ideas into designs that effectively reflect branding and message clarity. You will be designing marketing materials such as social media graphics, brochures, flyers, posters, website layouts, infographics, logos, and branding elements. It is essential to ensure that all designs align with the client or brand's style guide. Collaboration is a key aspect of this role as you will be working closely with marketing teams, content writers, and developers. Taking feedback and revising designs accordingly will be crucial in delivering high-quality work. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing final designs for printing or digital publishing, as well as maintaining organized files for easy updates and reuse. Staying updated with design trends and software updates is important in this role. You will also be expected to suggest fresh design ideas and innovations to enhance the overall creative output. The ideal candidate should have proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator, a strong sense of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy, along with attention to detail and creativity. Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines are essential, as well as effective communication and collaboration skills. This position is based in Singur, Hooghly, West Bengal, and is open to freshers. It is a full-time job with benefits including health insurance, leave encashment, and life insurance.
