Job Description

Create engaging visual content for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (formerly Twitter). Design static posts, carousels, reels/thumbnails, GIFs, and story templates as per the content calendar and brand tone. Design visually appealing reports, pitch decks, and performance presentations with a clean and consistent layout. Convert complex data into easy-to-understand infographics, charts, and icons. Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across digital assets. Support the team in refreshing or evolving brand templates when needed. Work closely with the social media and content teams to translate ideas into visual formats. Take feedback positively and iterate designs promptly for approvals and postings. Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma to create high-quality visual assets. Maintain organized file systems and ensure all working files are properly archived. Keep an eye on design trends in social media, reports, and digital storytelling to keep content fresh and engaging.
