About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in shaping our visual identity, bringing our brand to life across digital, print, and social media platforms. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about design, has a strong portfolio, and can balance creativity with deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

 Design and develop visual content for marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, websites, and print materials

 Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging

 Translate concepts into compelling visual stories that align with brand guidelines

 Work on brochures, flyers, ads, banners, social posts, infographics, and pitch decks

 Revise designs based on internal feedback and campaign performance

 Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and design best practices

 Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards

Requirements:

 Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field

 Minimum 2 years of professional design experience (agency or in-house)

 Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

 Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design tools is a plus

 Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and attention to detail

 Basic knowledge of branding, layout principles, typography, and color theory

 Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

 Good communication and collaboration skills.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):

 Basic video editing or motion graphics (e.g. After Effects, Premiere Pro)

 Experience in UI/UX design or working with developers

 Photography or illustration skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
