Graphics Designer

As an AI Graphic Designer Creative Visual Content Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of the brand by leveraging both traditional design skills and cutting-edge AI tools. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing high-quality visual content for social media graphics, web assets, branding materials, marketing campaigns, and product visuals. - Utilizing AI-powered tools such as Midjourney, DALLE, Adobe Firefly, and Runway ML to enhance the creative process. - Collaborating with marketing, content, and product teams to develop visual assets aligned with brand messaging and campaign goals. - Creating visual storyboards, concept art, and mockups using a mix of manual and AI-assisted techniques. - Maintaining a deep understanding of design trends, AI innovations, and industry best practices. - Optimizing visuals for various platforms like social, web, mobile, and print. - Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Participating in creative brainstorming sessions and contributing to concept development. - Continuously experimenting with new AI tools and workflows to streamline creative output. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 3+ years of professional design experience; familiarity with AI design tools is advantageous. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.). - Familiarity with AI tools like Midjourney, DALLE, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, or similar. - Strong portfolio showcasing various visual styles and AI-enhanced design work. - Excellent visual storytelling, composition, typography, and branding skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, on-brand content. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills: - Motion graphics or video editing experience. - UI/UX design knowledge. - Photography or 3D modeling skills. - Experience working in Agile or fast-paced creative environments. In addition to the above, you will have the opportunity to work in various shifts including day shift, morning shift, night shift, and rotational shift with weekend availability.
