Graphic Designer & Video Editor (with Social Media Management)

1. Graphic Design

• Create appealing graphics for both brands including social media posts, stories, ads, banners, brochures, and marketing materials.
• Develop brand-consistent designs for coworking promotions, visa success stories, travel destinations, and events.
• Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of all creatives.

2. Video Editing

• Edit professional videos such as reels, testimonials, workspace tours, travel reels, visa success videos, and promotional ads.
• Add transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and color correction for high-quality output.
• Create platform-optimized short-form content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

3. Photo & Video Shooting (Phone or Camera)

• Capture high-quality photos and videos using a phone or professional camera at Coworkio and Flights & Docs.
• Shoot reels, workspace visuals, travel-related content, visa handover videos, customer testimonials, and event coverage.
• Ensure proper lighting, framing, and composition during shoots.
• Ability to shoot both candid and planned content as per marketing needs.

4. Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and schedule social media posts for both brands.
• Maintain a monthly content calendar with graphics, reels, stories, and promotional content.
• Identify and create trending content relevant to coworking, productivity, travel, and visa services.
• Analyze insights and implement improvements for increased reach and engagement.

5. Content Concept & Development

• Develop creative ideas for reels, campaigns, festive posts, and marketing activities.
• Research ongoing trends to produce engaging and modern visual content.
• Work closely with the management to bring fresh, innovative concepts.

6. Branding & Marketing Support

• Design and create materials for marketing campaigns, community events, travel promotions, and visa success announcements.
• Support in building brand presence and consistency across all digital platforms.
• Assist in presentation design, marketing collateral, and offline print materials.

7. Project & Asset Management

• Maintain organized project files, raw footage, design assets, and archives.
• Manage multiple projects for both brands and deliver creative work on set deadlines.
• Coordinate with teams to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
