Job Title:** Graphic Designer – Hospital Marketing & Communication

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Graphic Designer** to join our hospital’s marketing and communication team. The designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that promote hospital services, patient education, social media presence, and branding. The role requires proficiency in **modern design tools, AI-assisted platforms, and multimedia editing software** to deliver innovative, engaging, and professional visuals.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and develop **marketing collaterals** including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, newsletters, patient education materials, and internal communication.

* Create **digital content** for social media, website, reels, infographics, and email campaigns.

* Develop engaging **presentations** for management, medical conferences, and promotional events.

* Collaborate with the marketing and clinical teams to translate healthcare information into **simple, patient-friendly visual designs**.

* Use **modern tools & AI-powered platforms** (e.g., Canva Pro, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, CapCut, After Effects, Premiere Pro) for creative design and video editing.

* Ensure all designs align with **hospital branding guidelines** and maintain a consistent identity across print and digital platforms.

* Support the development of **hospital signage, wayfinding boards, and internal branding materials.**

* Stay updated on the latest **design trends, AI tools, and healthcare communication strategies** to enhance creativity and efficiency.

* Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.

**Skills & Competencies:**

* Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)**.

* Knowledge of **AI-driven design tools** (Canva AI, Figma AI plugins, DALL·E, MidJourney, Runway).

* Strong creativity with the ability to **simplify complex medical content** into engaging visuals.

* Experience in **video editing, reels creation, and motion graphics** preferred.

* Good understanding of **digital marketing trends** and social media design requirements.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills.

* Ability to **work under deadlines** and handle multiple assignments.

**Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.

* 2–4 years of experience in graphic design (experience in healthcare/hospital industry preferred).

* Portfolio demonstrating **print, digital, and motion design skills**.
