Graphics Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing & Social Media Creatives: Design high-engagement visual assets for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and performance marketing ads (e.g., event flyers, open-house banners, parent testimonials, and seasonal campaign assets).
• Center Branding & Print Collateral: Create physical and print layouts for preschools, including center signage, parent handbooks, brochures, enrollment kits, and event backdrops.
• Curriculum & Internal Assets: Assist the academic and curriculum teams in formatting educational worksheets, child activity sheets, internal training modules, and newsletters.
• B2B / Corporate Communication: Design polished corporate presentations, case studies.
• Brand Guidelines Upkeep: Maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints, following Dibber’s signature child-friendly, empathetic, and premium color palettes and typographic guidelines.
• Multimedia Collaboration: Brainstorm and collaborate on video assets, reels, and simple motion graphics to capture preschool daily life and events.
• Pedagogy related Design: Work on various worksheets, book, any other requirement raised by academic.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven graphic design experience (experience in Preschool or school Industry).
• Technical Skills: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Familiarity with Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro or Canva for basic video editing and motion graphics is highly preferred.
• Design Aesthetic: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout hierarchy, and the ability to design for both premium corporate audiences and child-centric themes.
• Soft Skills: Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent fast-paced deadlines under the guidance of the Creative Lead.
• Other Skills: Understands different sizes of various platform (Example- Leaflet, cover page of LinkedIn, Sandeses). Understands customer/consumer insight.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
