Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and trend-aware Graphic Designer with strong visual storytelling skills and an interest in AI-powered creative production. The candidate will work across Mittal Group’s diverse businesses, including Real Estate, FMCG, and Dairy brands, creating impactful designs for digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative content for social media, performance ads, and digital marketing campaigns.
• Create branding materials, packaging designs, brochures, banners, and other print collaterals.
• Develop engaging visual concepts, layouts, and creative campaigns across multiple business verticals.
• Create AI-generated images, videos, storyboards, and innovative creative concepts.
• Participate in photoshoots, creative planning, and visual experimentation.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media formats, and emerging creative technologies.
• Collaborate with marketing and digital marketing teams to understand campaign requirements.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure timely delivery of creative projects.

AI & Creative Skills

• Basic familiarity with AI tools for image generation, video creation, and creative workflows.
• Interest in AI-powered filmmaking, visual storytelling, and creative experimentation.
• Willingness to explore new AI tools and emerging design technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, branding, and visual storytelling.
• Portfolio showcasing creative work across digital and print platforms.

Skills Required

• Strong creative thinking and visual communication skills.
• Good understanding of branding and marketing creatives.
• Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro will be an added advantage.
• Interest in AI tools and modern creative workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Real Estate, FMCG, Dairy, Packaging, Photography, Video Editing, Motion Graphics, or Performance Marketing Creatives will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: As per experience, skills, and industry standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
