Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer with 2+ years of experience who is excited about working in a D2C startup environment. This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Adobe tools and AI-powered design platforms, along with an eye for brand storytelling and performance-driven creatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design high-impact creatives for digital marketing, social media, website, app, emailers, and brand campaigns.
• Create performance marketing creatives for Meta, Google, and other paid platforms.
• Leverage AI tools to ideate, generate, and optimise design assets faster and smarter.
• Translate brand guidelines into visually compelling outputs across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, growth, and product teams.
• Ensure brand consistency across all online and offline assets.
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced D2C startup environment.
• Work on product launches, campaigns, and seasonal drops.

Must-Have:

• 2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer — D2C brand, startup, or agency experience preferred.
• Strong command over Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, and similar platforms.
• Proven experience creating creatives for social media, digital ads, and e-commerce.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to work at speed without compromising on quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio is mandatory.

Good-to-Have:

• Experience in D2C, e-commerce, lifestyle, or healthcare brands.
• Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing — After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX and web design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Familiarity with A/B testing creatives and performance metrics.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
