Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer with experience in FMCG branding, product packaging, digital marketing creatives, and website design. The candidate should have a strong design sense, attention to detail, and the ability to create visually appealing designs while maintaining brand consistency across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design product packaging, labels, and retail displays.
• Develop brand identity elements, including logos, icons, and brand guidelines.
• Create digital marketing creatives, including social media posts, banners, advertisements, and emailers.
• Design print materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, and catalogues.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand design requirements.
• Ensure designs align with FMCG market trends and consumer preferences.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with printers and vendors.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication platforms.
• Adapt designs into multiple sizes, languages, and formats.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Support Shopify website design, layout updates, and visual enhancements, including banners, product pages, and landing page sections.

Required Skills & Tools

Graphic Design Tools

• Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• CorelDRAW.
• Canva and Figma.

Video Editing & AI Tools

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects for creating reels and promotional videos.
• Familiarity with AI-based image and video generation tools will be an advantage.

Website & Digital Platforms

• Basic knowledge of Shopify, WordPress (Flatsome), and WooCommerce.
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn page management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in FMCG, food products, or consumer brands.
• Strong creativity, visual communication, and layout design skills.
• Experience in product packaging, labelling, and digital marketing creatives.
• Good understanding of branding, typography, colour combinations, and design principles.
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently and work within tight deadlines.
• A strong portfolio showcasing packaging, branding, digital, and print design work is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
