Job Description

As a passionate Graphic Designer, you will join our fast-growing, multi-cuisine restaurant in Goa. You will be responsible for utilizing your hands-on knowledge of CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or any other Graphic Designing software. Your skills in creating visual design styles, color palettes, iconography, and typography will be crucial in this role. In this position, you will design creatives for various platforms including mobile apps, websites, posters, hoardings, social media channels, and more. Your tasks will involve developing images, banners, carousel ads, Facebook/Instagram stories, GIFs, and other visual content to enhance our online presence. We are seeking an individual with a strong creative mindset, coupled with analytical, logical, and critical thinking abilities. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will be essential in collaborating with team members and understanding design requirements effectively. The job timings for this role are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits such as paid sick time, paid time off, and a fixed shift schedule. Additionally, there is a performance bonus structure in place. Ideally, candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree, and a preferred experience of at least 3 years in graphic design.
