Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through visually compelling graphics and manage our brand’s presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be able to design engaging creatives, develop content strategies, and grow our digital footprint to enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Designing:

• Design and create visually appealing graphics, banners, posts, reels, and videos for digital and print media.
• Develop creatives for marketing campaigns, product promotions, and advertisements.
• Ensure consistency of brand identity across all creative assets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize designs.
• Edit photos and videos as required.

Social Media Management:

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
• Monitor social media trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
• Run and track paid campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports to optimize content strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Media, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Social Media Executive (1–3 years preferred).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
• Basic knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
• Strong creative thinking, visual storytelling, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of photography/videography will be a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹37,037.12 per month
