Graphics Application Engineer

As a member of Qualcomm India Private Limited's Graphics PSE team, your role will involve working closely with architects, designers, verification, and software engineers to ensure the quality of the Graphics IP in silicon. You will play a crucial part in taking the GPU from pre-Sil stage to silicon bring-up and customer samples (CS). **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop graphics applications using graphics API like DirectX, OpenGL ES, Vulkan. - Improve coverage and create GPU bring-up test-plans and test methodologies. - Analyze and enable new games and benchmarks in the pre-Si environment. - Provide debug support in the pre-Silicon environment and drive end-to-end solutions for silicon bring-up issues. - Strong programming skills in C/C++. - Knowledge of GPU APIs like Vulkan, Direct3D, OpenGL, Direct X, OpenCL. - Understanding of GPU architecture. - Strong analytical skills. - 4+ years of relevant experience. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 10+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience. - OR Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience. - OR PhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience. - Preferred skills include experience with Perl, Python, TCL, games/graphics application development, OpenCL/CUDA knowledge, graphics driver development, post-silicon enablement, and working in emulation environments for development and debug.,
