As a Graphic Motion Designer & Video Editor at our company based in Kochi, you will play a crucial role in bringing ideas to life through high-impact videos and motion graphics that resonate with Gen Z content. Your role will involve designing, editing, and creating visually compelling stories that captivate our audience. **Key Responsibilities:** - Edit compelling content for various platforms such as social media, product explainers, reels, ads, and VR-based education media. - Design engaging visuals and motion graphics that are in line with our branding. - Collaborate closely with creative leads and founders to develop effective content strategies. - Contribute innovative ideas during brainstorms that are not only good but have the potential to go viral. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficient in video editing with a Gen Z editing sensibility, focusing on snappy, emotional, fast-paced, and trend-aware content. - Strong graphic design skills encompassing both motion and static design, along with a good understanding of UX principles. - Experience in handling storyboarding, motion graphics, reels, YouTube shorts, and other relevant video formats. - Fluency in both Hindi and English is essential. - Passionate about maintaining high visual quality, pacing, music synchronization, and creative storytelling. - Self-driven, open to feedback, and able to bring your unique creativity to the projects. If you have prior experience in EdTech, gaming, or Gen Z-focused brands, possess skills in sketching, animating, or have proficiency in tools like After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Figma, Spline, etc., it would be considered a bonus.
