Role Overview: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content to support marketing, branding, social media, and promotional initiatives across our salon network. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop engaging graphics and visuals for digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, website, and emailers. Create posters, banners, brochures, in-salon creatives, standees, and event collateral. Support the marketing team with design requirements for campaigns, product launches, and salon promotions. Ensure brand consistency across all design work, adhering to Femina Flaunts brand guidelines. Work on photo editing, retouching, and basic video edits (if required). Collaborate with the social media and operations team for timely execution of design projects. Stay updated with design trends in the fashion, beauty, and wellness industry. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sector. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus). Strong sense of layout, color theory, and typography. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
