Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and design creative assets for digital marketing (social media, email campaigns, web banners, etc.) and print media (brochures, posters, packaging, etc.)
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and development teams to understand project needs and deliver design solutions.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Take design briefs and create concepts, layouts, and final assets.
Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Edit and prepare designs for final production (print or web).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) as a graphic designer or in a similar role.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, or similar tools.
Strong understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and visual storytelling.
Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Good time-management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or UI/UX design principles.
