Sr. Graphic Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team, with experience of 3-5 years. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and layouts for various marketing materials, including print and digital media. You will collaborate with the marketing team to translate concepts into captivating visual designs that effectively communicate our brand message. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own ideation, conceptualisation, and execution of Key Visuals and Promotion Campaigns to help drive marketing objectives by leveraging the content to shape the narrative in a visually compelling and provocative manner
• Design and develop creative assets such as Digital ads, banners, emailers, website visuals, Newspaper ads, standee etc.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with the brand guidelines.
• Lead the discussions with the Marketing and develop compelling Visual Communications with an understanding of requirements.
• Create visually compelling illustrations, infographics, and icons.
• Ensure designs are delivered within deadlines while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs as necessary.
• Provide insights and creative ideas to solve problems.
• Lead and assess the workflow of the team and provide constant feedback
• Keep up to date with the developments in the digital space/ design to gain early insights
• Good sense of typography and layout aesthetics
• Understand priorities, the targeted consumer set, and their demands
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging design technologies to continuously enhance the design output.

Technologies and Tools:

• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite- Photoshop, Illustrator, is required.
• Additionally, familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software such as After Effects would be a valuable asset.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

Skills And Attributes:

• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in Senior design, Visualisation- supervisory experience is preferred
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
• Enthusiasm to acquire new skills and work in a rapidly changing environment.
• Ability to work independently, and with the team, and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for visual aesthetics
