Graphic Designer

Role overview

We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to handle diverse design requirements across our FMCG group of companies. The role requires strong creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of branding in the consumer goods sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Packaging Design

• Conceptualize and design packaging for pouches, tins, bottles, and boxes ensuring visual appeal, clarity, and compliance with legal/industry labeling requirements.
• Work closely with product development teams to translate product positioning into impactful packaging.
• Create mock-ups and dielines for printers and vendors, ensuring accuracy in size, colors, and finishes.

2. Marketing & Promotional Materials

• Design pamphlets, brochures, leaflets, catalogues, and print advertisements for campaigns and product launches.
• Develop engaging social media creatives, digital ads, and banners aligned with brand strategy.
• Support trade marketing by creating posters, danglers, standees, and display materials for retail visibility.

3. Brand Identity & Corporate Communication

• Design and maintain consistency in logos, brand guidelines, letterheads, envelopes, visiting cards, and other stationery.
• Ensure cohesive branding across all visual communication touchpoints.
• Assist in rebranding exercises or sub-brand identity creation when required.

4. Collaboration & Execution

• Liaise with printers, vendors, and external agencies to ensure high-quality production outputs.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Sales, and Product Development to understand design needs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

5. Innovation & Trends

• Keep up-to-date with latest FMCG packaging trends, typography, color psychology, and consumer behavior insights.
• Suggest fresh ideas to enhance brand visibility and consumer appeal.
