The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in architectural design, project execution, and coordination with various stakeholders. The role demands proficiency in modern architectural tools and software to ensure high-quality and efficient designs. Key Responsibilities Develop conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs for commercial, hotel, office, and residential projects. Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and blueprints with precision and adherence to local building codes. Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project feasibility and compliance. Conduct site analysis, space planning, and feasibility studies to optimize project designs. Lead design review meetings and present design concepts to clients, management, and government authorities .
