• Skill Set: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro (essential), Adobe After Effects (for motion graphics/VFX), or other relevant tools like Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.

Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into engaging videos for various platforms (YouTube, Reels, TikTok, etc.).
• Integrate motion graphics, animations, text, and effects.
• Perform color correction and audio mixing.
• Optimize videos for different platforms; assist with pre-production/footage capture as needed.
• Create diverse digital and print visuals: social media, web banners, emails, ads, brand assets (logos, guidelines), infographics, and presentations.
• Ensure designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and consistent.
• Translate marketing messages into compelling visuals.
• Research design trends and manage design assets.
• Work closely with marketing teams to deliver creative solutions.
• Incorporate feedback effectively.
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure brand alignment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 3+ years of proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of work.
• Solid understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout composition, visual hierarchy).
• Strong understanding of video editing techniques, storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
• Experience with motion graphics and basic animation is highly desirable.
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Haves):

• Knowledge of basic photography and videography.
• Familiarity with marketing trends and digital advertising platforms.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS).
