Role Objective

To deliver original, high-impact graphics for digital campaigns, landing pages, social media, brand kits, and performance creatives – without constant handholding. You must have a strong design process, a modern aesthetic, and an understanding of what works for engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Create platform-specific social media creatives (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
• Design static ads, carousels, infographics, and banners for Meta & Google Ads.
• Assist in branding projects – logo kits, brand guidelines, and digital brochures.
• Collaborate closely with the content & marketing team to translate ideas into visuals.
• Maintain high standards for quality, accuracy, and speed of delivery.

Tools & Skills Required

• Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator or CorelDraw – Mandatory
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools? (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Strong knowledge of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy
• Experience working in a fast-paced digital agency or in-house marketing team
• Design thinking: the ability to match creative style with brand tonality and performance goals

Must-Haves

• At least 2 years of real working experience (agency/in-house – not just certifications)
• A well-curated portfolio with social media creatives, branding, and ad visuals
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• A growth mindset – always ready to learn, receive feedback, and upgrade

Not a Fit If:

• You rely mostly on Canva templates or free mockups
• You have only internship or course-based experience without real project execution
• You cannot work independently or handle daily production pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
