Graphic Designer & Video Editor

As a Graphic Designer + Video Editor at BITSDES, a world-class centre of learning for design under the aegis of BITS Pilani, an Institution of Eminence, you will be joining the marketing team. Your primary role will involve designing visual concepts, creating digital and print graphics, basic video editing, and packaging for social platforms, website, and marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, BITSDES, you will closely collaborate with other members of the marketing team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print media, including social media, websites, brochures, etc. based on the provided brief. - Edit video content for social media, YouTube, website, and marketing campaigns. - Conduct on-campus video and photo shoots using mobile phone and/or institution equipment. - Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure the quality of the final product. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with stakeholders. Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of formal education in visual/graphic design. - At least three years of experience in graphic design and video editing. - Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro. - Basic photography and videography skills, understanding DSLR/mirrorless camera functions, and ability to shoot in manual mode. - Possession of an online portfolio on Behance, Dribbble, or another website is mandatory.
