Graphic Designer UX/UI & Interaction Design

As a Graphic Designer with 7+ years of experience in UX/UI and Interaction Design, you will play a crucial role in crafting world-class digital product experiences at NAM Info Inc. You will lead end-to-end UX/UI design for enterprise-level digital products, create wireframes, prototypes, workflows, and high-fidelity designs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver visually engaging outputs. Your responsibilities will also include building and maintaining design systems & brand style guides, designing impactful client presentations, conducting user research, usability testing, and mentoring junior designers while upholding design best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for enterprise-level digital products (web/mobile/apps). - Create wireframes, prototypes, workflows, and high-fidelity designs. - Collaborate with developers, content, and proposal teams for visually engaging outputs. - Build and maintain design systems & brand style guides. - Design impactful client presentations, workflow diagrams, and proposal assets. - Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design choices. - Mentor junior designers and uphold design best practices. Must-Have Skills: - 7+ years in UX/UI or Interaction Design. - Mastery of tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch, After Effects. - Strong knowledge of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and design systems. - Experience in enterprise IT environments / large tech organizations. - Ability to independently handle client presentations, pitch decks, and RFP visuals. - Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). - Strong ownership and ability to work with minimal supervision. Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree (Computer Science, IT, Visual Design, HCI, or related field).
