Responsible for maintaining the brand's online presence by developing high-quality creatives for the company's website, social media channels, and other digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong design fundamentals, advanced AI tool expertise, and mastery of Figma to deliver smarter, faster, and more impactful designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Study design briefs and determine requirements
- Conceptualize visuals based on creative and strategic inputs
- Prepare rough drafts, mood boards, and style directions; present ideas to stakeholders
- Develop illustrations, website pages, collaterals, and other creatives using design software, Figma, and AI-powered tools
- Leverage Figma for collaborative design, prototyping, and version control across web, mobile, and marketing projects
- Utilize AI tools to enhance productivity, generate creative variations, and speed up the design process without compromising quality
- Use appropriate colors, typography, and layouts in alignment with brand guidelines
- Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and the creative team to produce final designs
- Test graphics across various media for quality and consistency
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions promptly
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, Figma updates, AI design innovations, and emerging creative technologies
Skills & Competencies
- Strong eye for design and an ability to translate concepts into engaging visual
- Proven expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Proficiency in AI-powered design platforms such as MidJourney, DALLE, Runway, or similar tool
- Strong understanding of design principles: layouts, typography, color theory, and visual hierarch
- Good communication and collaboration skill
- Analytical and creative thinking ability
- Attention to detail and consistency in visual storytelling
- Strong time management and organizational skill
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a creative field (Design, Visual Arts, etc.).Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
- Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects, including Figma-based and AI-assisted design work.
