Here's what you can expect in this role: **Key Responsibilities:** - Design creative and engaging visuals for websites, social media posts, advertisements, banners, and other digital assets. - Collaborate closely with the web team on UI/UX layouts and prototypes using Figma and similar tools. - Edit and produce high-quality videos, animations, and motion graphics using After Effects, Premiere Pro, and other editing software. - Create brand-consistent templates and design systems for ongoing campaigns. - Adapt graphics for various digital platforms and paid ad formats while maintaining design integrity. - Create and edit engaging videos, reels, and animations for multi-platform distribution. - Utilize your knowledge of Typography, Color theory, and Brand consistency to enhance design outputs. - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all creatives align with SEO and digital marketing strategies. - Stay updated with design trends, emerging tools, and creative best practices. - Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting quality standards and deadlines. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 3 years of professional design experience. - Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field. - A strong portfolio showcasing web, social media, and video/multimedia design work is mandatory for application shortlisting. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Strong time management and organizational abilities.
