As a Graphic Designer in the Design department of a Gifting Manufacturing company located in Sector-19, Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in creating visually appealing designs for various gifting products, packaging, branding, marketing materials, and digital platforms. Your creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of market trends in gifting, lifestyle, and corporate gifting will be key to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design gift boxes, hampers, labels, tags, wrappers, inserts, and packaging layouts. - Create theme-based designs for festive, corporate, seasonal, and customized gifting. - Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and target customer preferences. - Coordinate with production and merchandising teams for print feasibility. - Develop creatives for brochures, catalogs, flyers, banners, standees, and POS materials. - Design creatives for social media posts, ads, website banners, and emailers. - Support sales team with presentations (PPTs), pitch decks, and client proposals. - Prepare print-ready files with proper dimensions, bleed, and color formats. - Coordinate with printers, vendors, and internal teams for timely execution. - Review proofs and ensure quality standards before final printing. - Research gifting, packaging, and design trends in domestic and international markets. - Suggest innovative design ideas to enhance product appeal and brand visibility. - Maintain a design library and organize creative assets systematically. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, InDesign (mandatory). - Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and printing processes. - Understanding of packaging materials and gifting aesthetics. - Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines. - Strong communication and coordination skills. - Graduate / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field. - 5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (gifting, packaging, lifestyle, or FMCG industry preferred). - Experience in gifting or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage. In this role, your performance will be measured based on the timely delivery of designs, quality, and creativity of designs, reduction in rework or print errors, and positive feedback from sales, marketing, and management teams.
