Graphic Designer - Statics & Video Editing

We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer Lead at Black Cab who possesses a strong passion for creating impeccable graphics and social media designs. The ideal candidate should excel in illustration and have a deep understanding of the importance of engaging visual storytelling. Having knowledge of Motion Graphics and Video Editing would be a valuable asset. As a design leader, you will be expected to showcase inspired thinking and a profound awareness of current trends. Your role will involve not only showcasing artistic creativity but also effectively communicating with internal teams and clients. You should have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, take initiative, and see them through to completion. Responsibilities: - Design projects for both Print and Digital media, from conceptualization to final execution. Proficiency in Video Editing is required. - Collaborate effectively with client engagement teams and account managers. - Understand business goals and contribute strategic design ideas proactively. - Gain a deep understanding of project briefs, communication strategies, and client perspectives to execute campaigns alongside team members. - Conceptualize digital, offline, and social media campaigns. - Develop visual tone and messaging that effectively communicates the brand's message. - Work efficiently in a fast-paced team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Utilize feedback constructively to generate new design concepts. - Design websites, microsites, web banners, and other UI-based materials. Qualifications, Experience, and Skills: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a design/creative firm. - Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. - Capable of creating artwork and leading a team. - A professional degree from a design school is advantageous. - Strong creative abilities and a portfolio showcasing passion for illustrative design and typography. - Experience working across various design platforms, including both digital and print formats.,
