Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer, Social Media & Video Editor, you will be a strategic and trend-savvy designer who excels in creating visually appealing content for social media platforms. Your role will involve being a visual storyteller, understanding the importance of design in enhancing social media engagement and internal communication. You should possess a deep understanding of content-led design, campaign thinking, and be able to seamlessly switch between creating internal communication assets and high-performance social content. Additionally, you will need to be proficient in social-first formats, brand-aligned messaging, and confident in presenting your creative ideas to both internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Create engaging graphics and motion content for various social media formats such as static posts, reels, stories, carousels, and thumbnails - Edit and produce videos, reels, event highlights, and multimedia content optimized for digital platforms - Conceptualize and develop visuals for internal communication campaigns including newsletters, posters, digital signage, and event branding - Develop visually compelling email templates, banners, and infographics to simplify complex information communication - Collaborate with content strategists, copywriters, and campaign managers to bring creative ideas to life - Utilize design tools like Midjourney, Freepik, Adobe Firefly, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Canva for idea generation and production efficiency - Maintain visual consistency across all channels and materials to ensure brand alignment - Stay updated on the latest design, social media, and communication trends - Manage multiple design projects effectively, meeting tight deadlines for timely delivery Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of graphic design experience focusing on social media and campaign execution - Strong portfolio demonstrating content-first design thinking and brand storytelling - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Canva, and Figma - Experience in designing emailers, posters, and infographics for both digital and print use - Ability to utilize AI design tools to enhance creative workflows - Strong visual sense encompassing design, color, typography, and motion - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Prior experience in designing for internal communication, product marketing, or corporate campaigns would be advantageous - Ability to comprehend campaign objectives and align visuals accordingly,
