Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Full-time (Immediate Joining) with strong skills in visual design, branding, and marketing collateral creation. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing and content team to design engaging creatives for social media, websites, print materials, and promotional campaigns that align with our brand identity.

CTC Offered: 2.6 – 2.7 LPA

Roles & Responsibilities

· Produce engaging social media creatives, including posts, reels covers, stories, and info graphics for promoting courses, events, and achievements.

· Create and schedule social media postings aimed at the targeted audience to maximize engagement and reach.

· Develop multi-slide posts, banners, thumbnails, and landing page visuals for web and digital platforms.

· Maintain Siva Academy’s brand identity and create consistent design templates for marketing and communication purposes.

· Design marketing collateral such as posters, flyers, standees, certificates, and other promotional materials.

· Create and edit video graphics, including intros, outros, thumbnails, and short animated content.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver creatives for campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and social media channels.

· Research current design trends and introduce innovative concepts to enhance student engagement.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1–3 years preferred
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva (other tools are a plus)
• Creativity and attention to detail
• Knowledge of educational marketing trends
• Basic video editing & motion graphics skills preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Willingness to work full-time from office
