Job summary:

click-through rates and viewer engagement. Youll work closely with the production and content teams to bring storytelling to life visually, while maintaining brand consistency.

Responsibility

• Design daily thumbnails for YouTube, reel covers for Instagram, and carousel posts for educational or promotional content.

• Collaborate with strategists and leads to translate ideas into visual hooks.

• Conduct competitive and trend research to ensure creatives are optimized for performance.

• Develop and maintain brand visual consistency across all content formats.

• Organize and manage design files, layers, exports, and backups for reuse and efficiency.

• Optimize designs for different platforms, aspect ratios, and audience preferences.

• Incorporate feedback quickly and professionally to deliver multiple iterations when needed.

• Deliver revisions based on feedback within set timelines.

Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or other relevant design tools

• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, typography, and color theory

• Awareness of YouTube, Instagram, and other social platform algorithms, formats, and content styles

• Ability to work under tight deadlines with quick turnarounds

• Clear and collaborative communication skills

Experience & Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic (YouTube/social-first portfolio required)

• Background in designing for digital content creators, media houses, or creative agencies is a plus
