Graphic Designer & SEO Specialist

You are a creative and analytical Graphic Designer with SEO specialization who will join a growing digital team. This hybrid role combines eye-catching visual design with performance-driven SEO strategies to enhance brand presence across digital platforms. You will bring visual ideas to life while ensuring content is discoverable, optimized, and ranks well in search engines. - **Graphic Design:** - Design visually appealing digital content such as banners, social media posts, website graphics, landing pages, infographics, emailers, and brochures. - Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and touchpoints. - Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to create assets for campaigns and promotions. - Manage design assets and templates for quick turnarounds and scalability. - Use data and feedback to iterate on designs and improve visual performance. - **SEO Specialist:** - Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and on-page optimization for websites, blogs, and product pages. - Optimize images and design elements for web performance and SEO. - Collaborate with the content team to ensure visuals align with SEO goals and messaging. - Monitor site performance and recommend improvements based on Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools. - Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and design best practices. - **Required Skills & Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field. - 2-4 years of experience in graphic design and SEO (agency or in-house). - Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar tools. - Hands-on experience with SEO tools and strong understanding of HTML, CSS basics, and UX/UI principles. - Knowledge of CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify. - Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects. You should possess a strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and results, a passion for analytics and data-driven design, a growth mindset, and adaptability to digital trends.
