Graphic Designer-Real estate

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media posts, banners, hoardings, emailers, and presentations.
• Create compelling visual content for digital campaigns, property launches, and sales events.
• Develop branding and visual identity for new projects (logos, color palettes, design guides).
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and architectural teams to create cohesive visuals that align with the project’s messaging and audience.
• Edit and retouch property images, floor plans, and renders.
• Assist in updating website visuals and digital ads.
• Maintain consistency across all visual communication, adhering to brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a graphic designer; experience in real estate, architecture, or advertising is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
• Strong portfolio showcasing real estate, branding, or campaign design work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for typography, layout, and color.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
