As a Graphic Designer specializing in Printing and Packaging, you will be a crucial part of the creative team at Herbalmax Healthcare Pvt Ltd. Your primary responsibility will involve developing innovative and visually appealing designs for various packaging and print materials. Your expertise in CorelDRAW will be essential in creating production-ready artwork that meets the highest quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include conceptualizing and executing packaging designs, generating print-ready files for diverse packaging formats, liaising with marketing and product teams to understand design requirements, ensuring print standards like colour accuracy and resolution, and collaborating with printers and packaging vendors to ensure project specifications are met. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain an organized library of design assets, adapt existing designs to new formats, and handle multiple projects efficiently within set deadlines. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, along with a solid 12 years of experience specifically in graphic design, with a focus on printing and packaging. Proficiency in CorelDRAW, meticulous attention to detail, strong layout and composition skills, knowledge of branding and packaging compliance requirements, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently are essential requirements. Having familiarity with eco-friendly packaging materials and trends, exposure to prepress processes and print production, would be advantageous for this position.
