About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to join our marketing and design team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and layout, along with the ability to translate ideas into compelling digital and print creatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design engaging marketing creatives including social media posts, banners, infographics, brochures, and ads.
Assist in developing brand assets, product visuals, and campaign designs.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to deliver visually consistent creatives.
Edit and enhance images and videos for digital campaigns.
Stay updated with current design trends, color theory, and typography principles.
Prepare design files for web, print, and presentations as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Understanding of social media design formats and brand aesthetics.
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Creativity, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
Nice to Have:
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing.
Experience designing for tech, AI, or digital brands.
Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or UI design tools.
