• Core knowledge of design tools in the market with Photoshop being mandatory.
• Strong background in designing for hospitals, doctors and medical services.
• Skill in presenting complex ideas convincingly.

Communication and Presentation Skills

• Ability to communicate at top level on the thought and process behind the design.
• Ability to understand and unpack briefing given by key stakeholders.
• Active listening capabilities
• Ability to explain design challenges to non-design people so that they can see beyond just colour and typography.
