Graphic Designer- Noida

We are looking for a talented Web/Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs for social media, websites, emails, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, SEO, and social media teams, to ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.

This role requires proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, InDesign, and a strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Marketing Materials Create graphics for social media posts, videos, infographics, blog images, websites, and other marketing assets that align with brand identity.
• Collaborate with Teams Work closely with copywriters, SEO specialists, web developers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
• Utilize Design Software Develop high-quality designs using Photoshop, CorelDRAW, InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Apply Typography & Color Theory Use fonts, color schemes, and design principles to enhance marketing materials.
• Ensure Brand Consistency Maintain a unified visual identity across all designs.
• Develop Creative Concepts Brainstorm and design visual concepts that align with company goals and target audiences.
• Adapt Designs for Different Mediums Create digital, print, and multimedia assets as needed.
• Meet Deadlines Manage time efficiently to deliver high-quality designs on schedule.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Experience: 510 years of experience, preferably in B2B design, with a portfolio of high-quality work.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Photoshop, CorelDRAW, InDesign, and other design software.
• Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate design ideas and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Design Expertise: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust designs based on feedback and project needs.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Creative approach to overcoming design challenges and delivering impactful visuals..
