Graphic Designer: 2 Opening Shift - Night Shift Transport - Yes Shift Allowance - Yes Link to apply - https://a.peoplehum.com/dcdph A DealerOn Graphic Designer is responsible for the creation of web advertisements, website banners, and digital marketing assets for our clients in the automotive industry & beyond. The Graphic Designer must have extensive knowledge of design strategy and best practices for digital marketing design, such as color, typography, and composition. Working within a team of graphic and web designers, the Graphic Designer will exhibit mastery of branding and compliance standards throughout the automotive industry. To be successful, the Graphic Designer needs to have strong organizational and visual design skills; an expert-level understanding of visual hierarchy and information prioritization is a must. The DealerOn Graphic Designer should be proficient in Adobe Photoshop & related tools needed to create graphics & advertisements for clients in a fast-paced team environment. Essential Functions Create assets, templates, and digital creative in formats such as website homepage banners, web banner advertisements, and display advertisements for digital marketing and remarketing. Create display ads, social media marketing creative, and web banner advertisements according to client and internal company requests. Adhere to brand guidelines and specifications to meet compliance requirements and stay up-to-date as these ever-changing standards evolve. Utilize relevant internal and external assets to fit the goal of customers & customer-facing teams, as well as internal design team requests. Collaborate with team members to maintain a database of up-to-date digital resources, including fonts, logos, templates, and branding materials. Communicate with customer-facing teams to translate client requests into templates and complete assets used to improve design workflows on a regular basis. Assist with internal DealerOn marketing efforts as needed. Required Skills/Experience: Bachelors Degree or 3+ years of relevant work experience Expert level proficiency in the latest version of Adobe Photoshop Experience working with Adobe Illustrator to create & manage vector graphics Understanding of design principles, demonstrated with a portfolio of previous work Solid grasp of typography, composition, and color theory fundamentals Proven experience working with and following brand guidelines Ability to understand a clients unspoken goals by reading beyond the provided ask Willingness to accept critique and improve based on creative input & ever-changing design trends & requirements Professional communication style, strong work ethic, and excellent organizational skills Fluency in Windows operating system & file/asset management Preferred Skills/Experience: Degree in Graphic Design or related field Experience designing online advertising Familiarity with the auto industry & its trends Ability to create interactive, animated, or automated graphics Knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus Experience with InDesign & other Adobe CC programs Proficiency with Microsoft Sharepoint, Onedrive or other remote file-sharing tools Experience with MacOS Competencies: Superior organizational skills Extremely detail-oriented Expert-level eye for design & visual/brand identity Ability to work as a team Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment Dependability Self-motivation and drive Customer focus
