Graphic Designer + Motion Graphics Specialist

WE Media is a full-service creative agency. We are new in town with our new identity but have been in the advertising services for the last 2 decades through our parent company, Lingo India.

Lingo India, led by Mr. Manohar Nayak, has carved a niche for itself in the space of language transcreation and radio production. With 4 Cannes Radio Lions, 1 D&AD and over 40 Creative Abbys (across Gold, Silver and Bronze Metals) has been able to cement its value addition in the world of advertising.

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can design daily static ads and short-format creatives for a leading Jewellery brand. You should have a sharp eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to work fast in a dynamic content calendar.

Responsibilities:

• Design static posts for social media (Kannada & English markets)
• Adapt designs for print/digital/WhatsApp campaigns
• Create basic motion graphics and templates for reels
• Work closely with copywriter and video editor for daily content rollouts

Work Experience : 1–3 years in advertising/brand design.

Skills Required:

• Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects/Premiere Pro (basic motion)
• Jewellery/fashion/beauty brand experience preferred
• Strong sense of typography, layout, and luxury brand look

Human Qualifications :

1. Good life experiences are critical, we are not looking at someone who is well versed with the software but someone who also has lived some good experiences.
2. You wanna work 90 hrs? by all means, You wanna work 90 minutes? Go ahead! the number of hours you put in is immaterial, if you can deliver on time and don't miss a deadline we don't worry much about the working hours.
3. Attitude : We are not looking at entitled individuals who confuse "verbal diarrhoea" with being opinionated. We would love you more if you can channelise your anger into the right kind of art.

Salary : 25,000 - 35,000 based on experience.
