Job description
As aSenior Graphic Designeron the Marketing team, you will lead the creation of visually compelling assets that drive our brand and marketing initiatives forward. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design high-impact creative materials for social media, paid media, email campaigns, and sales enablement.
This role is perfect for a creative thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments, has an eye for detail, and understands how design influences marketing performance.
Marketing asset creation:Design high-quality visuals for social media, paid media, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Creative strategy:Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns that resonate with our audience.
Sales enablement materials:Develop brochures, one-pagers, and presentations that help our sales team tell a compelling story.
Ad creative development:Craft engaging ad creatives, including static images, videos, GIFs, and animations for performance marketing campaigns.
Website collateral: Maintain and update website graphics, banners, and other visual elements to ensure a consistent and engaging user experience.
5+ years of experience in marketing design, graphic design, or a related field.
A strong portfolio showcasing work across digital marketing, branding, and multimedia content.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and Canva.
Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) for web design.
Strong understanding of brand identity, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
Ability to take creative direction, iterate quickly, and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
A strategic thinker who understands how design impacts marketing performance and audience engagement.
Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a bonus.
