Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing innovative visuals, managing creative and operational processes, and collaborating with multiple departments to fulfill various requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of creative expertise and organizational skills to execute high-quality designs that align with our brand vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative and Design Tasks
1. Develop creative designs for social media, marketing campaigns, and festive launches.
2. Manage photoshoot organization, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
3. Design assets for new outlet launches, event promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
4. Handle creative designing tasks when the primary designer is unavailable.
5. Contribute to creative brainstorming for marketing strategies and promotions.
Operational Coordination
1. Collaborate with other departments to fulfill design and branding requirements.
2. Ensure smooth coordination for vendor dealings and marketing material production.
3. Support the depository and repository management to maintain organized digital design archives.
4. Assist in operational designing for events, outlets, and other business needs.
Strategic and Analytical Tasks
1. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure cutting-edge designs and strategies.
2. Support the planning and execution of new product launches and discontinuations.
3. Work with the team to implement marketing plans effectively.
Administrative and Miscellaneous Tasks
1. Assist in processing invoices related to design and vendor coordination.
2. Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of creative materials.
3. Fulfill various miscellaneous tasks as required to support interdepartmental objectives.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
· Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
· Strong knowledge of branding, typography, and visual storytelling.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
· Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills for vendor and interdepartmental communication.
· Experience in market research and competitor analysis is a plus.
· Organizational skills for repository and inventory management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
