Job Summary:

AID Education is hiring a creative and experienced Graphic Designer to lead the development of engaging visuals for academic and promotional content. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of hands-on experience in designing for social media, print, or digital platforms. This is a full-time onsite role based at our Malappuram office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design posters, banners, brochures, thumbnails, and reels for online/offline campaigns
• Work closely with the academic and marketing team to visualize ideas
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications
• Handle daily design requirements for social media and in-house content
• Edit simple promotional videos when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of professional graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (video editing tools like Premiere Pro or CapCut is a plus)
• Good understanding of design principles, color, and typography
• Ability to manage time and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Language skills in Malayalam and basic English preferred

Salary:

- ₹14,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and skill)
