Graphic Designer

Position Summary: Responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging graphics for various platforms and editing videos to convey our brand message effectively. The candidate should have a strong understanding of design principles, be proficient in relevant software tools, and possess the ability to bring ideas to life through compelling visuals. Principal Accountabilities: 1. Graphic Design: · Create visually striking graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, promotional materials, and more. · Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design elements. · Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and objectives. 2. Video Editing: · Edit and assemble raw footage into a polished, visually appealing video product. · Incorporate music, graphics, and effects to enhance the overall video content. · Ensure videos align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message. 3. Multimedia Content Creation: · Develop engaging multimedia content that includes a combination of graphics, animations, and videos. · Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design and editing techniques. 4. Collaboration: · Work closely with the marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure that graphic and video content meets project objectives. · Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to enhance the quality of deliverables. 5. Technical Proficiency: · Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). · Stay informed about the latest design and video editing software updates and trends. Preferred Skills: · Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work. · Experience in creating graphics for various digital platforms and editing videos for different purposes. · Strong creative and artistic abilities. · Ability to solve design challenges with creativity, efficiency, and precision. · Ability to consistently execute with excellence and constantly work on improving design skills. · Great communication and organization skills, strong multitasking ability, detail-oriented and flexible. · Familiarity with HTML and CSS preferred. · Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and web · Knowledge in AI designer will be added advantage.
