About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and brand-focused Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Noida. This role is ideal for someone who has a deep understanding of branding principles and a strong portfolio of visual identity projects. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a consistent and impactful brand presence across all platforms and touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and evolve brand identities, including logos, typography, color schemes, and brand guidelines.
• Create high-quality visual assets for branding campaigns, marketing materials, packaging, social media, and website.
• Work closely with marketing and leadership teams to translate brand strategy into creative visual solutions.
• Maintain consistency of brand messaging and visual language across all channels and departments.
• Design presentations, pitch decks, event branding, and other collateral to support brand-building efforts.
• Lead and support rebranding initiatives and ensure brand compliance across the organization.
• Stay current on design and branding trends to keep the brand fresh, modern, and relevant.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of proven experience in graphic design with a core focus on branding.
• Strong portfolio that showcases brand identity work, including logo design, brand guidelines, and campaign assets.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma or similar tools.
• Deep understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.
• Experience working on brand strategy and conceptual thinking.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for storytelling through design.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with UI/UX design, motion graphics, or packaging design.
• Prior experience in agency or fast-paced brand environments.
• Familiarity with print production and vendor coordination.
