We Are Looking For Someone Who

• Lives, breathes & eats designand is ready to learn the ins and outs of podcast branding from the ground up.
• Is obsessed with visual storytellinghow colors, typography, and layouts can make someone stop scrolling and start listening.
• Wants to grow a career in the digital-first, content-driven marketing industry.
• Understands the nuances of social media, podcast platforms, and digital design trends.
  

What You Will Be Doing

• Design podcast artworkcover art, episode thumbnails, banners, and visual assets that grab attention instantly.
• Create social media creatives (posts, stories, reels covers) to promote episodes and build the podcast brand.
• Develop brand identity elements for podcastslogos, typography, style guides, and visual mood boards.
• Work closely with producers, strategists, and copywriters to translate podcast concepts into compelling visuals.
• Edit and adapt designs for different platformsSpotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
• Assist in creating video graphics and motion elements (waveforms, lower thirds, intros/outros) for podcast clips.
• Juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines without losing your cool (or your font choices).
• Keep designs aligned with the brands visual guidelines while still bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Gather inspiration from pop culture, trends, and audience feedback to level up your work.
  

What Else Will Help

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma (bonus if you know After Effects or Premiere Pro for motion work).
• Good understanding of social media formats and platform-specific requirements.
• Ability to give and take feedback like a pro.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines.
• A deep love for podcasts, cinema, music, and pop culture.
  

Other Requirements

• Ability to commute to work (if not remote).
• Own a laptop you can use for design work.
• Comfortably caffeinated.
