Graphic Designer Image Editor

As an Image Editor, your role involves reviewing and editing images created by staff photographers for publication on eCommerce sites. You will be responsible for ensuring quality control for offshore retouching services and using advanced Photoshop techniques to enhance and retouch various images such as products, food, packages, and more. Your key responsibilities will include: - Retouching and enhancing images for web publication. - Performing tasks like clipping paths, color correction, background adjustments, and removing imperfections. - Maintaining accurate image files and ensuring smooth image transfer to production applications. - Working efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. - Collaborating with the team to maintain high-quality standards. - Communicating project status and progress effectively. Key Qualifications: - Proven experience in enhancing and retouching images using Photoshop. - Experience in retouching and enhancing product, food, and package images as an image editor. - Strong knowledge of color theory, design principles, and composition. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. - Experience with Photoshop, Pixlr, Affinity Photo, and Adobe Creative Suite. - Photography experience is a plus.
