Job Description

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to review and manage infographic deliverables from external partners. The role focuses on ensuring designs meet client brand standards, accessibility requirements, and project timelines while maintaining smooth communication with vendors.

Role & responsibilities

Review and quality-check infographic files for branding accuracy, layout consistency, and WCAG accessibility standards.
Maintain design review checklists and ensure all visuals use approved colors, fonts, and hierarchy.
Coordinate with vendors on timelines, feedback, and revisions, ensuring all deliverables meet expectations.
Provide clear, constructive feedback and collaborate with internal teams for alignment.

Preferred candidate profile

3+ years of experience in graphic design (infographics, branding, or digital preferred).
Strong understanding of accessibility standards (color contrast, readability).
Experience working with or reviewing external design vendors.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator & Photoshop) and tools like Figma or Google Slides.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
