Key Responsibilities

• Design & Creativity
• Develop high-quality static and motion graphics for social media, digital campaigns, investor decks, and marketing collaterals.
• Apply design thinking to translate complex financial/real estate concepts into simple, compelling visuals.
• Maintain brand consistency while exploring fresh, creative approaches to strengthen the hBits identity.
• Social Media & Performance Marketing
• Create engaging performance marketing creatives (Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta) optimized for CTR and conversions.
• Design organic social media content (static, reels, infographics, stories) tailored to LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Video Editing (Basic)
• Support the marketing team with basic video editing (trimming, subtitles, transitions, overlays) for short-form content.
• Collaboration & Execution
• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
• Collaborate with external partners (agencies, video production teams, photographers) to ensure brand alignment.
  

Requirements

• 26 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (preferably in digital-first or performance marketing setups).
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media, performance marketing, and branding work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects, InDesign).
• Understanding of design thinking & creative storytelling.
• Knowledge of digital platforms, formats, and trends (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Google Ads).
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  

Good to Have

• Motion graphics/animation skills.
• Prior experience in BFSI, FinTech, or Real Estate branding.
• Knowledge of Canva or Figma for quick turnarounds.
