As a Graphic Designer at Grow Online, a graphic design and web design agency based in Kilpauk, Chennai, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics and layouts for digital platforms. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing graphics, layouts, and visual assets for digital platforms. - Creating marketing creatives such as social media posts, ads, and banners. - Developing brand assets including logos, brochures, and presentations. - Editing and enhancing photos using Photoshop. - Producing short-form videos, reels, and promo edits in Premiere Pro. - Creating motion graphics, animated text, and transitions in After Effects. - Ensuring designs follow brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency. - Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to translate ideas into visuals. - Preparing and delivering design files in required formats for web and print. - Staying updated on design trends to keep content fresh and engaging.
