Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer with 4 to 6 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, a passion for design, and the ability to bring concepts to life across digital and print media. You will collaborate with marketing, branding, product, and UI teams to deliver high-quality visuals that align with our brand identity. Key Responsibilities: Develop and design creative assets including logos, social media creatives, banners, brochures, emailers, infographics, presentations, and other marketing materials. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create compelling visual campaigns and concepts. Translate brand and business objectives into clear, innovative designs. Ensure consistency of brand aesthetics and visual identity across all projects. Work on UI assets for websites, mobile apps, and landing pages (basic UX knowledge preferred). Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies. Provide creative input and guidance during brainstorming and strategy meetings. Prepare final designs for print and digital production. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field. 4–6 years of proven graphic design experience in an agency or in-house role. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, After Effects). Knowledge of Figma, Canva, or other collaborative design tools is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print work. Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, layout, and typography. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus. Good communication skills and the ability to take feedback constructively. Strong time-management and organizational abilities. Preferred: Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro). Prior experience working in tech, e-commerce, or advertising sectors.
