Role Overview: As a Graphic Designer with 1 to 2 years of experience, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: - Visual Concept Development: You will be responsible for brainstorming and sketching design ideas, developing layouts, and selecting appropriate colors, fonts, and imagery. - Design Execution: Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite to create visual elements for both print and digital media. - Collaboration: Work closely with clients, project managers, and other team members to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions. - Brand Identity: Ensure that all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across various platforms. - Project Management: Manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, and ensure quality control. - Staying Updated: Keep abreast of design trends, emerging technologies, and new software to enhance your skills and creativity. Qualification Required: - 1 to 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. - Strong understanding of design principles and brand identity. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Up-to-date with design trends and technologies.
